Through Metabolic Typing our clients learn how to identify what foods, nutrients and ratios of protein, fat and carbohydrates are needed for their unique body. Lab Testing
If after applying the 6 Foundational Health Principles to your program we find that we are not achieving the desired results, we can use lab testing to identify systemic weaknesses that may be preventing success. Lab testing helps us to identify and remove those stressors and malfunctions, both internal and external, that may be detracting from your health.
