Begins with a comprehensive assessment that includes: identifying muscle imbalances, core stability, functional movement analysis, strength and posture evaluation.

Combining the comprehensive assessment data with a client's specific needs and goals, we develop a precise, individualized program. Each client is given specific exercises and stretches required to meet their goals.

We provide each client with personal guidance on how to perform each exercise correctly to improve the efficiency of the workout while decreasing the risk of injury.

Frequent reassessment and ongoing training assures that a client's program continually moves forward and is updated to keep up with the improvements achieved.
